Our Loyalty Fulfilment Role

We're on the hunt for an exceptional professional who can drive meaningful results in our loyalty programme.

  • Contribute to enhancing the digital delivery of our loyalty programme by recommending impactful enhancements.
  • Analyse current processes and identify areas where we can improve member loyalty and programme efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with partners, incorporating data changes and specifications, system test plans, user and training documentation.
  • Deliver seamless fulfilment of promotional credits and rewards to members and report to the loyalty operations manager.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure colleagues are properly briefed and trained.
  • Ensure session M business processes are accurately documented.
  • Guarantee accurate member data is shared within company guidelines.
  • Ensure MYER one loyalty programme terms & conditions are met.

About You

  • Strong retail experience with empathy for how changes impact loyalty.
  • Skilled SQL developer with ability to query complex relational databases.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to develop business process skills to recommend changes and outline impacts.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organised and process-oriented individual.
