Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the delivery of innovative offers and benefits for our loyalty program.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyse current processes and their impact on member loyalty and program efficiency, providing data-driven insights for enhancements.
  • Develop project plans with partners, including data changes and specifications, system test plans, user and training documentation.
  • Support core loyalty communications to members, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Deliver fulfilment of promotional credits and rewards to members in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure colleagues are properly briefed and trained.
  • Ensure session business processes are properly documented and up-to-date.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong retail experience with empathy in how changes in the customer experience impact loyalty, driving long-term engagement.
  • Skilled SQL developer with ability to query complex relational databases, extracting valuable insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring data integrity.
  • Ability to develop business process skills to recommend changes and outline impacts, driving business growth.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications, proficient in tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
