Job Opportunity

Description:

  • Lead a team of customer service professionals.
  • Mentor and guide the team to ensure clients are serviced and maintained per agreements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide regular status reports and troubleshoot potential issues with clients.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to minimize delays.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts with key trade lanes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop team members in customer service and operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with senior management to deliver import/export services.
  • Ensure compliance measures are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Contribute to planning and review sessions for critical clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience leading a team in customer service/operations within a shipping or logistics setting.
  • Strong commercial acumen to assist with new client implementation.
  • Ability to work closely with senior management.
