
Senior Customer Service Lead

Job Opportunity
Description:
- Lead a team of customer service professionals.
- Mentor and guide the team to ensure clients are serviced and maintained per agreements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide regular status reports and troubleshoot potential issues with clients.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to minimize delays.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts with key trade lanes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and develop team members in customer service and operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with senior management to deliver import/export services.
- Ensure compliance measures are up-to-date and accurate.
- Contribute to planning and review sessions for critical clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience leading a team in customer service/operations within a shipping or logistics setting.
- Strong commercial acumen to assist with new client implementation.
- Ability to work closely with senior management.
