Senior Customer Partnership Lead
This is a key role within the Client Service team, responsible for playing a pivotal part in the entire customer journey, including acquisition, management, product and service delivery, and retention.
The Senior Customer Partnership Lead will be accountable for the development, performance, and productivity of their allocated team members, as well as achieving team sales targets and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Client Service Manager, this role plays a vital part in the entire customer experience.
- Team leadership, development, and performance of their allocated team members.
- Achievement of team sales target and operational goals.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales and client service expertise, ideally in a B2B and B2C environment.
- Leadership and development skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate their team.
- Good knowledge of uniform, fashion industry or similar, with credibility and influencing skills.
- Strong communication (written & oral) and time/workload management skills.
