Position Overview:

Programmed is seeking a qualified individual with a background in logistics and freight forwarding to collaborate with our global clientele.

This role encompasses various responsibilities, allowing you to operate independently while managing your territory and tasks effectively.

You will need to possess strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of the local area. Exceptional communication abilities and outstanding customer service skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely oversee and internally transfer all shipments within our facility.
  • Accurately label and categorize shipments to the appropriate delivery zones.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure swift turnaround times.
  • Complete administrative and operational duties for frontline operations, including data entry and dispatch activities.
  • Conduct deliveries as necessary using the company vehicle.
  • Operate a forklift if licensed and proficient (highly desirable).

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a minimum MR license.
  • A valid forklift license (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong administrative capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical examination and National Police clearance.
