Celotti Workforce is seeking a skilled Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our valued manufacturing client in Darwin, NT. This permanent, full-time position plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations across yard management and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Warehouse/Yard: This role requires a hands-on approach to managing the transportation and distribution of supplies. You'll oversee the entire supply chain process, from the receipt of purchase orders to their delivery, verifying the accuracy of all associated documentation. Specific tasks include:
    1. Inventory control and management
    2. Shipping and receiving operations
    3. Material handling and storage
    4. Ensuring that all yard operations run smoothly and efficiently
  2. Logistics Operations: As part of your duties, you'll transport goods between locations using a heavy-duty truck, ensuring safe loading, transportation, and delivery. You'll be expected to plan routes, supervise or assist with loading/unloading, and perform basic vehicle maintenance, ensuring all operations comply with state HSE requirements.
  3. General Administration: You'll be responsible for ensuring that all job numbers and purchase order details are accurately recorded and organised. This includes managing all incoming and outgoing communications, and ensuring they are logged, tracked, and addressed promptly.
  4. Financial Reporting: You will provide financial reporting when requested.
  5. Sales Support: You will provide assistance as required for tenders and quotes.
  6. HSE Compliance: You will be responsible for 'Duty of Care' while in your role and completing Pre-starts on all vehicles used, in accordance with State HSE requirements.
Requirements:
  • 'HR' Driver Licence with NO RESTRICTIONS | Must be able to drive a non-synchromesh transmission
  • White Card
  • Load Restraint Certificate
  • Working at Heights Certificate
  • Forklift Licence
  • 3+ years in Warehouse Logistics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with MYOB or similar software
  • Experience preferred: 3 years' experience in Warehouse Logistics
  • As per Australian National Code of Practice; have the ability to lift up to 55kg and manage objects with limited dimensions
  • Ability to analyse data and perform basic mathematical functions
  • Ability to manage details accurately
  • Ability to work overtime and/or reschedule work hours to meet departmental demands as necessary
  • Must pass drug & alcohol screening and other testing as required
