- Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Support Operation Department Managers with day-to-day scheduling, client tasks, and special projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Contract Management: Monitor contract requirements, ensuring that standards, KPIs, and costs are met, and that all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly reports for clients, managers, and Business Directors, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate vendors, prepare reports on orders and costs, and ensure that all vendor relationships are managed effectively.
- Financial Management: Ensure that job quotations are sent to clients in a timely manner, and that progress claims, invoicing, and variations are handled efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Maintain and manage filing systems, databases, and spreadsheets for works, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
