Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Trade Sales and Logistics Person to join our dynamic team in Darwin. As an Electrical Sales and Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, delivering outstanding service and technical advice to customers, and managing store personnel.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Customer Service and Technical Advice: Provide outstanding service and technical advice to customers at the trade counter.
  • Store Personnel Management: Manage store personnel to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Internal Inventory Pricing Updates: Update internal inventory pricing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supplier Interface and Meetings: Interface with suppliers and attend meetings to discuss product offerings and pricing.
  • Creditor Invoice Checks and Stocktakes: Conduct creditor invoice checks and stocktakes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Barcoding Implementation: Implement barcoding systems to improve inventory management and efficiency.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in industrial electrical products and sales.
  • Extensive Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of industrial electrical products and sales.
  • Results-Driven: Be a results-driven practical sales and logistics person dedicated to delivering timely work to a high-quality standard.
  • Skills and Attributes: Possess skills and personal attributes such as:
    • Experience with industrial LV electrical switchgear, contactors, circuit breakers, control and indication equipment.
    • Exposure to Schneider, NHP, and IPD, LV electrical products.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
    • Organised, motivated, and systematic.
