Job Title: Total Rewards Specialist

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and administering compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive offerings that meet business objectives.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Australia and New Zealand, with some support for South East Asia.
  • Communicate effectively through international calls and meetings, conveying technical data into actionable insights.
">Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Excel, with experience in data analysis and storytelling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on translating complex data into business outcomes.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency with work rights.
">Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Human Resources, Arts, or Finance.
  • Experience contributing to the development, communication, or administration of compensation and/or benefit programs.
