About the Role:

As Remuneration & Benefits Manager, you will support business, cultural, legislative, and customer objectives through effective remuneration practices. You will lead the development, implementation, and management of group-wide remuneration and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refine, monitor, and develop remuneration strategy, policies, and guidelines.
  • Manage cyclical activities, such as annual remuneration review, incentive programs, market matching/pricing, and superannuation offering.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues, legal, and finance to prepare Committee papers for the Executive and Board.
  • Research evolving and contemporary remuneration practices in the marketplace and provide guidance on design and development of broad-based compensation programs.
  • Advise and partner with HR and organisational leaders on remuneration and benefit program rollouts.

About You:

You are a seasoned remuneration and benefits specialist with technical skills and a passion for supporting organisations. You have expertise in compensation trends, changes, and laws within Australia and New Zealand, along with analytical, consulting, communication, and presentation skills.
