Project Overview

This project offers a unique opportunity for a Site Supervisor – Lobby to join our high-performing team delivering a landmark commercial tower in Circular Quay.

The project contributes to the revitalisation of the area and provides a new experience with world-class amenities for workers and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

As Site Supervisor – Lobby, you will be responsible for ensuring that subcontractor trade requirements are met within time, cost and quality obligations for all packages related to the iconic lobby.

You will assist the Project Manager in establishing a cohesive and focused project team and contribute to it in a supportive and productive manner.

Requirements

A trade background and relevant qualification are essential.

Experience in a similar role on high-rise commercial building projects, ideally within a Tier 1 main contractor or developer builder environment, is highly desirable.

High-end commercial lobby and fit-out package experience is strongly preferred.

Experience with safety requirements and supporting crews with health and safety processes is necessary.

Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills are required.

Delivering customer-focused quality and leaving a positive legacy in the communities we operate in is essential.
