Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to provide temporary support for our client in East Melbourne. This 3-month assignment is a full-time opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Application Review and Management: Ensure all applications meet department standards, reviewing and managing applications with precision and attention to detail.
- Triage and Processing: Efficiently triage and process incoming applications using established procedures, guaranteeing seamless workflow.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all applications, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Communication and Liaison: Liaise with internal teams to gather feedback on research applications, providing constructive feedback to lead researchers.
- Support Services: Manage communications and inquiries in the department's inbox, suggesting process improvements and updating existing documentation as needed.
- Requirements:
- Research or Evaluation Background: Possess a strong background in research or evaluation, gained through postgraduate studies or experience in a similar research-focused role.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and clear information exchange.
- Time Management and Adaptability: Showcase exceptional time management and adaptability, handling high-pressure situations with poise and efficiency.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $60,000-$70,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
