As a Transport Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day coordination of deliveries across our contract carriers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily allocation and scheduling of transport consignments
  • Monitor all deliveries to ensure on-time performance and accurate confirmations
  • Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
  • Collaborate with Cross-Dock and Transport Operations teams to resolve service issues
  • Assist with time-slot bookings, pre-delivery audits, and operational administration
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams and customers to provide updates and manage expectations
  • Meet key operational metrics, including DIFOT, CoD, utilisation, and cost-per-cube metrics
Requirements:
  • Higher School Certificate or equivalent; Certificate IV in Logistics or similar
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a transport, warehousing or logistics coordination role
  • Knowledge of transport operations and CoR compliance obligations
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • A willingness to work flexibly to meet business or customer requirements
