Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing deliveries, building strong relationships with trade customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in our branch teams. As a Delivery Coordinator, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in sales, customer service, and logistics.

  • Coordinate and manage deliveries to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parts and products.
  • Build strong relationships with trade customers through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize deliveries based on urgency.
  • Customer service mindset; ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Friendly and knowledgeable with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical capacity to perform duties, including handling heavy products.
  • Ongoing commitment to safe driving practices.
  • Hold a current/valid driver's license (manual preferred).
