Join our team at **Melville Hyundai**, as a **Pre-Delivery Coordinator / Administration Assistant**. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless vehicle deliveries and providing support to our Finance Manager.

**THE ROLE**:

- Coordinate pre-delivery activities: You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all pre-delivery tasks for new vehicles, ensuring they are thoroughly inspected, detailed, and ready for delivery to our customers.
- Liaise with various departments: Collaborate closely with our sales, service, and inventory teams to ensure timely completion of pre-delivery processes. Coordinate with the service department to address any necessary repairs or maintenance before delivery.
- Manage delivery schedules: Maintain an organized delivery schedule, ensuring that each customer receives their vehicle on time. Coordinate with customers to schedule delivery appointments, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
- Assist with finance-related tasks: Support our Finance Manager in administrative tasks such as preparing finance paperwork, collecting and organising customer documents, and ensuring accurate data entry in our systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Ensure that our customers have a positive experience throughout the delivery process.

**YOU**:

- Previous experience in a similar role at a car dealership or automotive environment is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Valid driver's license.
