About the Opportunity
Our Sales team, based in Perth, are currently seeking a Delivery Coordinator to join them. Reporting to the Delivery Coordinator Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:


• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of vehicles, from order placement through to settlement and lease activation.


• Prepare and manage accurate settlement documentation to ensure a seamless client experience.


• Liaise with dealerships to track vehicle orders, arrange mechanical inspections, and manage client trade-ins.


• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system throughout the delivery process.


• Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication at every stage.


• Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may impact delivery timelines or client satisfaction.

About You
We're seeking someone who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives on building strong working relationships. To succeed in this role, you'll bring:


• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to foster trust and rapport.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.


• Experience in fleet management or novated leasing (desirable but not essential).


• A positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
