Reporting to the Delivery Coordinator Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include : Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of vehicles, from order placement through to settlement and lease activation.
Prepare and manage accurate settlement documentation to ensure a seamless client experience.
Liaise with dealerships to track vehicle orders, arrange mechanical inspections, and manage client trade-ins.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system throughout the delivery process.
Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication at every stage.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may impact delivery timelines or client satisfaction.
About You We're seeking someone who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives on building strong working relationships.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring : Excellent customer service skills with the ability to foster trust and rapport.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Experience in fleet management or novated leasing (desirable but not essential).
A positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
