About the Role

As Financial Operations Manager - East Coast, you will be responsible for overseeing our Accounts Payable function and streamlining processes to improve efficiency. You will report to the CFO and collaborate closely with site teams and management to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Accounts Payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with site teams across the East & West Coasts to streamline invoice approvals and upload processes.
  • Assist with audit preparation and ensure best practices are documented and maintained.
  • Lead improvements to the Accounts Payable process and NetSuite system.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, with a pathway to build and lead a team in the future.
  • Support credit and payroll operations as required.

To succeed in this role, you will be a proactive and solutions-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in finance systems such as MYOB or similar.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience of 5+ years in Accounts Payable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders across multiple sites.
  • Ability to document and improve processes for scalability.
  • Ambition to grow and lead a team in the future.

  • A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum.
