Job Opportunity: Front Office Supervisor
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Guest Service Officers, Housekeeping and F&B Attendants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms and issuing room keys
- Process all guest check-outs, including cashiering in a professional manner
- Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- Assist with guests' enquiries on hotel services and information
- Seek and respond to guest feedback to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Hotel Front Office experience
- Familiarity with reservations, OTAs and GDS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Problem-solving ability on operational and strategic areas
- Ability to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
