Job Description

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to teams across the Qantas Group. Your primary objective will be to ensure clarity and accuracy in fare, rule, and ancillary data interpretation across distribution systems.

You will work closely with stakeholders to contribute to business process improvement initiatives, participate in project development, and communicate pricing strategies effectively. Your commitment to excellence, customer service, and collaboration will be essential in driving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical advice and support to teams across the Qantas Group
  • Ensuring clarity and accuracy in fare, rule, and ancillary data interpretation across distribution systems
  • Contributing to business process improvement initiatives
  • Participating in project development
  • Communicating pricing strategies effectively
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in airfare distribution, including experience with ATPCO and IATA fare construction. You will also require excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to self-manage and work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including heavily discounted air travel, flexible leave options, access to thousands of rewards, and support for your wellbeing.
