With a focus on ensuring the integrity and accuracy of master data in JDE ERP systems, this role is ideal for those with a passion for data management and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage workflows involving master data creation, maintenance, and process improvement within JDE ERP systems.
  • Become an expert in tools like SQL and BI cubes to run reports.
  • Collaborate with global teams to determine requirements and add or make changes to data.
  • Source data from various systems, including the Global Item Master, GIM, and Sphere, and from suppliers and other global teams when necessary.
  • Develop, maintain, and conduct guidelines for master data processes and train other teams.

Material Masters:

  • Approve new item masters through the MDi process and assist teams with issues.
  • Audit and update item master and item branch master data for purchasable, non-stock, reporting, and kit items.
  • Update and maintain item-related data, such as item cross-references, alternative descriptions, and supplemental data.
  • Lot Master: assist with expiry, sell-by, and best-before date changes, and maintain GTINs.
  • Kit Items: update and create kit items, work towards standardization, and ensure loan dockets are accurate.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • 4+ years of experience in data management, governance, or related roles, with a proven track record of implementing data strategies and governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in data management tools, data cataloging software, and data quality tools.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances and negotiations.
