Job Title: Strategic Supply Chain SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Supply Chain Specialist to play a key role in managing the business relationship with clients. The ideal candidate will build relationships through client engagement and ensure clear and concise communication in a high-profile, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage expectations and feedback to deliver outcomes that exceed senior stakeholders' needs.
  • Work closely with suppliers and retailers to implement and maintain core ranges, new releases, and promotional orders.
  • Provide excellent service levels in the overall management of various accounts/categories.
  • Deliver effective demand planning and long-horizon forecasting to drive business success.
  • Ensure process documents for specific categories/vendors/retailers are up to date and accurate.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or commerce.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years' work experience in retail.
  • Experience in inventory management and demand planning.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English literacy skills (written & verbal).
