Transformation Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Analyst to collaborate with senior stakeholders and assess, scope, plan and facilitate complex supply chain initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Cross-functional team collaboration for prioritization and documentation of transformation programs.
- Opportunity assessment, including cost vs benefit analysis, feasibility evaluation, and implementation options.
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis for complex improvement opportunities.
- Presentation and recommendation development for executive audiences on major investments.
- Major business case development for supply chain initiatives, including strategic rationale and delivery planning.
- Operational capacity and throughput modeling for DC and transport networks.
- Network, warehouse, and transport solution design and documentation support.
- Program transition support from approval to delivery.
- Portfolio management assistance, including productivity opportunity tracking and budgeting.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in supply chain projects or consulting roles.
- Problem-solving expertise, transformation optimization, and major business case development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar to MBA level.
Key Competencies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication for various audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels.
- Broad knowledge of end-to-end supply chain functions and activities.
- Financial analysis and modelling skills focused on supply chain opportunities.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean.
