Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to lead our efforts in optimizing supply chain processes and improving overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. This includes owning the Sales and Operations Planning (SIOP) framework, aligning long-term planning with business strategy, and leading short-term and long-term planning across demand, supply, finance, integrated reconciliation, and management reviews.

The role also involves presenting planning scenarios and recommendations to executive team members to drive informed decisions, championing continuous improvement and operational excellence in planning systems, processes, and culture, and acting as a central liaison across sales, marketing, finance, operations, procurement, and HR to ensure unified planning outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, critical thinking, and analytical abilities. You should also be proficient in operational excellence and able to implement and optimize S&OP processes. Excellent communication and social skills are essential to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
