Job Title: Vendor Replenishment Planner

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a key link between suppliers and customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on service levels, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Proactively communicating and resolving service issues, including root cause analysis and collaboration with external stakeholders to address out-of-stock issues and promotional stock.
  • Managing order placement and stock replenishment for customer warehouses and stores, ensuring optimal inventory flow and alignment with demand.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and Planning teams to drive inventory efficiency.
  • Monitoring and reporting on customer and internal KPIs, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Robust stakeholder management skills with a customer-centric mindset and strong communication abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, and drive critical decision-making.
  • Understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, replenishment, warehousing, and transport processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Prior experience in a supply/demand capacity (desirable).
