The Role:

This position involves coordinating and managing bookings, inquiries, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities include answering questions, providing information about our menu offerings, and researching local businesses to generate new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and manage bookings, inquiries, and cancellations
  2. Quote available packages to maximise revenue according to venue standards
  3. Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about our menu offerings
  4. Research local businesses to send out marketing material and generate new opportunities
  5. Work under pressure and maintain a professional attitude

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in coordinating and managing events/bookings
  • Experience with hospitality booking systems (an advantage)
  • 1 year's experience working in hospitality or a call centre environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Availability to work a rotating seven-day roster, including nights and weekends
