We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume venues and possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of staff.

Located in Moonee Ponds, this Italian restaurant is a thriving hub of excitement, offering guests an unforgettable experience with an authentic menu, delightful cocktails, live music, and a perfect space for functions.

About the Role

  • As Assistant Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, focusing on efficiency and excellence
  • You will oversee smooth coordination of bookings and functions, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction are maintained
  • Your strong leadership skills will help foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating your team to deliver exceptional service
  • You will be expected to coordinate rosters with consideration for labour costs, as well as liaise with suppliers and booked-in talent
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences is essential for success in this role

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • A knowledge of Italian cuisine and cocktails is highly desirable
