Senior Italian Dish Coordinator

A talented Chef de Partie is required to lead a kitchen team in the preparation of high-quality Italian dishes.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years' experience as a Demi Chef or similar, with a strong passion for Italian cuisine and demonstrated supervisory experience. They will be responsible for managing a section, preparing dishes, and ensuring consistency and quality during prep and service.
The successful candidate will support the Head Chef in menu planning, contribute creative ideas, and maintain food safety standards. They will also supervise junior chefs, monitor stock levels, and assist with ordering and storage.
We are looking for an individual who can foster a positive kitchen culture built on respect, passion, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of grooming and hygiene.
Requirements:- Qualifications in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts from a registered training provider
