Office Administrator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to manage our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll, invoicing, and general office duties.

This is a full-time position with flexible hours, offering a competitive salary based on experience and the opportunity to be part of a growing business.

  • Greet clients and visitors, handle phone inquiries
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Create and update documents and spreadsheets
  • Pay staff, including preparing BAS Statements
  • Maintain accurate database records
  • Filing and scanning
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Scheduling service personnel

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current driver's license
  • Comprehensive experience in a business or office environment
  • 5+ years' experience in MYOB and payroll functions
  • The ability to obtain a police check
