Customer Service Representative

We are seeking experienced and talented individuals to fill a customer service role.

  • Key qualifications include:
    • A good knowledge of food, wine and cheese with a keen interest in championing Australian produce.
    • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
    • A strong work ethic, proactive approach with customer-centric service standards and excellent attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills.
    • Two years experience in customer service, retail or hospitality roles.
    • The ability to create consistently excellent espresso coffee is preferred.
    • Food-handling experience is also preferred.
    • A current Victorian RSA is essential.

Casual roles require availability for weekends, school holidays and other peak trading periods. A flexible 7-day roster is highly desirable with guaranteed minimum 2 shifts per week.
