Job Title: Front Office Coordinator

The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis, working 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face and voice of our firm, supporting clients with compassion, clarity, and professionalism from the moment they walk through our doors or pick up the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calls, greet guests, and coordinate meeting spaces
  • Provide timely, accurate information to clients
  • Keep front office running smoothly and professionally
  • Support teams with admin tasks and calendar management

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • A calm, organised approach
  • A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service
  • Front office or admin experience (a plus, not a must)
  • Bonus: knowledge of court systems or legal processes
