About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in National Office. As a key member of our Workplace Service Team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating office resources, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to employees, visitors, and clients, addressing inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and office activities, including room bookings, catering arrangements, and logistics management.
  • Manage office resources and supplies, ensuring they are well-organized, maintained, and replenished as needed.
  • Provide technical support for office equipment, PCs, mobile phones, and other devices.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and presentation, conducting regular floor walks to identify maintenance and cleanliness issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and drive process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, office administration, or a related field, demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for office equipment and technology.
