In this role, you will coordinate processes and systems to ensure the effective administrative management of student enrolments, registrations, and support. You will provide quality customer service to both internal and external clients.


The key responsibilities of this position include:



  • Excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated capacity to respond to enquiries in a courteous manner.
  • Excellent organisational and office administration skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Office products, internet-based applications, and database management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of student administration and related systems would be a valuable advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, coordinate work effectively, and collaboratively in a team environment.
