Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Document Control Lead to oversee the document management function on a major brownfield program in the WA South West.

The successful candidate will lead a small team across both local and offshore offices, driving continuous improvement across systems and processes.

This role is ideal for someone with proven leadership experience on large engineering or construction projects who is confident setting up systems, guiding teams, and implementing efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the document management function to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality across all controlled documentation.

  • Lead a small team across multiple locations to drive process improvements and implement efficient workflows.

  • Serve as the primary interface between project stakeholders, clients, and third parties.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in document control leadership on large, complex projects.

  • Strong Aconex capability (essential).

  • Ability to assess and improve systems, processes, and document control plans.

  • Skilled in mentoring, leading, and coordinating multi-office teams.

  • Advanced knowledge of EDMS platforms and document management best practices.

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Information Management or Systems) or extensive equivalent experience.
