Job Opportunity: Senior Document Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned document control professional to oversee the management of controlled documentation on a major project in Western Australia.

This 12-month contract will see you lead a team across multiple offices, while driving continuous improvement across systems and processes.

You'll be the primary interface between project stakeholders, clients, and third parties – ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality across all controlled documentation via an enterprise content management system.

This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in document control leadership on large engineering or construction projects who is confident setting up systems, guiding teams, and implementing efficient workflows.

  • Experience in document control leadership on complex projects
  • Strong capability in managing enterprise content management systems (essential); prior experience in Alcoa highly regarded
  • Ability to assess and improve systems, processes, and document control plans
  • Skilled in mentoring, leading, and coordinating multi-office teams
  • Advanced knowledge of EDMS platforms and document management best practices
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Information Management) or extensive equivalent experience
