Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Pricing Engagement Support Specialist on a contract for 12 months.

**Job Description**

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain standard responses. They will be responsible for liaising with provider-facing teams within the Agency, maintaining accurate records of stakeholder interactions and issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Liaise with provider-facing teams to develop and maintain standard responses.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Update knowledge of Agency's pricing products and policies continuously.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts to enhance the experience for all stakeholders.

**Mandatory Requirements:**

  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
