Business Pricing Specialist Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Pricing Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining commercial related worksheets and documents.

You will also coordinate executed commercial agreements as per pre-contract processes, prepare DocuSign envelopes for signature, and assist with commercial escalations and contract extensions.

Additionally, you will provide guidance to pricing and bid support meetings as required by the Sales/Bid team, and assist the Commercial Lead with projects and tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Management: Build, maintain and administer commercial related worksheets and documents.

Commercial Coordination: Coordinate executed commercial agreements as per pre-contract processes.

Documentation: Prepare DocuSign envelopes for signature.

Escalation Management: Assist with commercial escalations and contract extensions.

Pricing Support: Provide guidance to pricing and bid support meetings as required by the Sales/Bid team.

Project Assistance: Assist the Commercial Lead with projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Demonstrated Experience: Demonstrated experience in a pricing or accounting related role.

Accounting Qualifications: Accounting qualifications or similar (highly desirable).

Advanced Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills (macros & VBA desirable but not essential).

Communication Skills: Good communication skills - communicates with all levels.

Citizenship: Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
