Overview:

The Economics and Pricing Branch is seeking an APS5 Pricing Engagement Support Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be accountable for organising their workflow and making independent decisions relating to an area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Advice: Providing advice within an area of specialisation, undertaking activities and tasks using available information where options are not always evident.
  • Operational Tasks: Performing procedural, clerical, administrative and operational tasks that support the National Disability Insurance Scheme's objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in maintaining inboxes, drafting responses, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support, technical, or a government-related environment.
