The Agency's mission is to evaluate, care for and improve the wellbeing of those significantly affected by permanent disabilities.

As a Pricing Engagement Support Officer, you will perform procedural, administrative and operational tasks to meet the agency's objectives. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Inbox management, drafting and coordinating responses
  • Contributing to process improvement efforts to enhance the experience of all stakeholders
  • Stakeholder engagement

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong stakeholder management and ability to make critical decisions independently.

This role provides an attractive hourly rate and an initial 12 month contract in a team known for career progression.
