Key Role

We are seeking a strategic professional to assist in the development and execution of pricing strategies for Merchant Services across customer segments, considering both profitability and overall relationship value.

This role will involve:

  • Developing and executing pricing strategies for Merchant Services across customer segments.
  • Supporting analysis of the competitive environment to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and differentiation.
  • Managing the delivery of end-to-end pricing value chain, ensuring processes and controls are robust and in line with internal standards including pricing frameworks, governance/compliance and pricing modelling.
  • Contributing to strategic and BAU initiatives as required, including business case modelling and analysis.
  • Supporting regulatory reporting and broader business revenue reporting insights and forecasting.
  • Collaborating with domain, sales, operations, and finance teams to align pricing models, decisions, and changes with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience in banking, ideally in a pricing or product management function.
  • Managing pricing models and data models, understanding end-to-end process value chains that manage profitability across the customer lifecycle and risk.
  • Proven track record of delivery with attention to detail.
  • Problem solving and stakeholder & communications across cross-functional groups.
  • Understanding of regulatory, risk and compliance environment in banking/finance.
  • Business financial understanding.
