Job Overview

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to lead the delivery of subcontractor trade requirements for all packages related to the iconic lobby. The ideal candidate will have a trade background and relevant qualification, with experience in a similar role on high-rise commercial building projects.

As Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of ensuring works are completed within time, cost, and quality obligations. You will assist the Project Manager in establishing a cohesive and focused project team and contribute to it in a supportive and productive manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage subcontractor trade requirements for all packages related to the iconic lobby
  • Ensure works are completed within time, cost, and quality obligations
  • Assist the Project Manager in establishing a cohesive and focused project team
  • Contribute to the project team in a supportive and productive manner
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Trade background and relevant qualification
  • Experience in a similar role on high-rise commercial building projects, ideally within a Tier 1 main contractor or developer builder environment
  • High-end commercial lobby and fit-out package experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience with safety requirements and supporting crews with health and safety processes
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
