Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled Manager, supporting the daily operations of our Lobby Bar.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in a bar environment, with strong organisational and time management skills. A mixologist background is also desirable.

Responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, stock management, colleague rosters, training, service and guest experiences.

Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience in a bar environment
  • Mixology expertise

  • Current valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
