**What this opportunity involves**:
JLL is seeking a dynamic Lobby Host Supervisor to join our client-based team, working with one of the world's largest tech companies You'll assist the Workplace Manager with front-of-house operations, finance, maintenance, vendor oversight, and administrative support.
**Overview of the role**:
Manage Lobby Hosts and deliver high-quality facility management services
Oversee daily concierge duties and front-of-house operations
Coordinate events and manage IT assets
Liaise with clients and tenants on facility management issues
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and risk management procedures

Proven track record in delivering best practices and quality service
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and solve complex problems
Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements
Understanding of facilities services (soft or hard)
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
