Mirvac, a leading property group in sustainability and innovation, seeks a seasoned professional to join their high-performing project team.

Project Overview

The landmark 55 Pitt Street premium commercial and retail tower in Circular Quay precinct is currently under development. As part of this project, the organization requires a Site Supervisor - Lobby to oversee subcontractor trade requirements on all packages of work relating to the iconic lobby.

This role offers the chance to contribute to the revitalization of Circular Quay by ensuring works are completed within time, cost, and quality obligations. The successful candidate will assist the Project Manager in establishing a cohesive project team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of subcontractor trade requirements
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager in team establishment
  • Support health and safety processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Trade background and relevant qualification
  • Experience in similar roles on high-rise commercial building projects
  • Prior experience with high-end commercial lobby and fit-out packages is highly desirable

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are essential for success in this position. A passion for delivering customer-focused quality and leaving a positive legacy in communities is also valued.
