Optical Lens Business Growth Specialist

Opportunity Summary
">- A unique and diverse role within our team awaits a Customer Service professional who can take on challenges in growing the optical lens business.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Taking phone RX orders, providing OPTICARE product choices and options to clients.
- Efficient data entry of orders, including frame tracing for modem fit jobs.
- Picking stock, sorting jobs, managing accounts receivable, and assisting with receiving deliveries.
- Supporting Business Development Managers in meeting company targets and daily account management.
- Assisting with dispatch data processes, packing jobs, and preparing courier pickups.
- Contributing to End of Month and Company Reports.
Requirements:
">- Strong 'can-do' attitude and minimum 2-3 years experience in customer service or admin roles, preferably in wholesale companies.
- Experience in the Optical Industry is advantageous but not necessary.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, strong planning, and organisation skills are essential.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible to meet customer needs.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
