An exciting career opportunity in the optical industry is available at our optometry practice, located in Jannali. We are seeking a full time Optical Dispenser. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about customer service and providing excellent patient care.

**Description**:
**Key Accountability Areas & Related Responsibilities**:
Provide friendly and efficient reception service and general practice administration duties to ensure the very best patient experience
Assist patients in the selection of optical frames taking into account lifestyle and physical needs
Ensure that delivery of patient jobs, lens and contact lens orders, consignment stock, and ordering of frames and sundry items is accurate and timely
Maintain a high level of housekeeping in the practice, including overall presentation and cleanliness

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About you**:
Accredited Dispensing Qualification (not required but preferred)
Experience in optical dispensing
Excellent customer service, organisation and communication skills with a professional phone manner
Sales ability and learning ability to accurately dispense appropriate optical devices to meet the patient's needs
Maintains professional expertise through continual awareness of technological developments in lenses
Willingness to work in a team with a positive can-do attitude
Customer service and/or retail skills are essential and optical experience is a bonus
Must be an Australian Citizen with fluent written and verbal communication skills
Must be available to work on Saturdays and have the flexibility to work extra hours if required
