Exceptional Service Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Optical Assistant/Distributor to join our team.

Our practice combines advanced technology with a welcoming environment to ensure our patients feel valued and cared for. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized eyecare to our community.

The Role:

  • Assist patients with frame and lens selection tailored to their needs.
  • Advise on lens options (if qualified as a distributor).
  • Adjust and repair spectacle frames.
  • Manage appointments and patient scheduling.
  • Order and check spectacle and contact lens jobs.
  • Conduct pre-testing before optometrist consultations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient practice environment.

About You:

  • Has optical dispensing experience or relevant optical industry experience.
  • Able to work rotating Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Available to commit to working 4-5 days per week.
  • Eager to learn more about optical dispensing and patient care.
