Job Title: Precision Lens Manufacturing Manager
Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in precision lens manufacturing and quality control? Do you have a passion for leading high-performing teams and driving business growth? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Precision Lens Manufacturing Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the fitting & QC team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Supervise and verify final quality assurance inspections on completed jobs
  • Operate and oversee edging equipment and manual fitting tools
  • Investigate and resolve fitting issues, remakes, and technical challenges
  • Implement and maintain QC procedures, process controls, and documentation
  • Monitor output and accuracy against production targets and KPIs
  • Train and mentor staff to develop technical skills and consistency
  • Collaborate with production management to achieve turnaround goals
  • Ensure calibration, maintenance, and safe operation of fitting equipment
  • Promote and enforce workplace health and safety standards

Requirements:
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in an optical lab fitting department
  • Strong technical knowledge of lens fitting across all frame types
  • Familiarity with optical QC systems and inspection standards
  • Ability to manage workflows, identify errors, and implement corrective actions
  • Strong attention to detail with a quality-first, process-driven mindset
  • Experience in team development and performance management
  • Trade qualification in Optical Dispensing (advantageous but not essential)
