We are seeking a full time Optical Dispenser/Assistant to join the Southern Optical practice in Jannali. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about customer service and providing excellent patient care.

**Description**:
**Key Accountability Areas & Related Responsibilities**:
Provide friendly and efficient reception service and general practice administration duties to ensure the very best patient experience
Assist patients in the selection of optical frames taking into account lifestyle and physical needs
Ensure that delivery of patient spectacle jobs and contact lens orders, and ordering of stock is accurate and timely
Maintain a high level of housekeeping in the practice, including overall presentation and cleanliness

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About you**:
Accredited Dispensing Qualification (not required but preferred)
Must have at least 12 months of optical industry experience
Excellent customer service, organisation and communication skills with a professional phone manner
Sales ability and learning ability to accurately dispense appropriate optical devices to meet the patient's needs
Willingness to work in a team with a positive can-do attitude
Customer service and/or retail skills are essential
Must be available to work on Saturdays
