**Optical Lens Specialist Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Optical Lens Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping, mounting, and fitting optical lenses in eyeglasses by operating edging and blocking equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Receive and process lens & frame purchase orders from the US and domestically into the AS400 system.
  • Coordinate the order flow of purchase orders / jobs in a timely manner.
  • Use edging equipment to trace, edge, and fit lenses to specifications on frame orders.
  • Maintain and coordinate frame inventory.
  • Pack and ship all eyeglass purchase orders to each warehouse in a timely manner.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in eyeglass edging and fitting in a lab environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous optical dispensing experience is desirable.
  • Strong computer skills.

As an Optical Lens Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and accurate production of prescription eyeglass orders at the optical lab.
